SUS304 Stainless Steel Roller Chain – Anti-Corrosion Simplex Chain
UIB stainless steel roller chains are made from AISI 304 (EN 1.4301 / SUS304) for applications where carbon steel would corrode: food processing, pharmaceutical packaging, washdown conveyors, marine and outdoor equipment. Dimensions follow ISO 606, so a stainless chain runs on the same sprockets as its carbon steel equivalent.

Important engineering note: stainless steel chains have a lower allowable tensile load than carbon steel chains of the same size – typically about one third. Always size the drive on the stainless rating, not the carbon steel rating.

SUS304, SUS316 and SUS420J2 pin versions, nickel-plated chains, food-grade lubricant on request. Standard boxes of 10 ft / 5 m, cut to length, or with stainless connecting links.
