Custom Sprockets – Stainless Steel and Machined Bore (Made to Drawing)

UIB machines sprockets to order for both A-series (ANSI) and B-series (ISO / BS) chains. Send a drawing, or simply tell us the chain number plus tooth count, bore and hub requirement, and we will quote a sprocket that matches your shaft and mounting arrangement.

What we need to quote a custom sprocket

Chain number (for example 08B-1, 10A-1, 16B-2) or pitch and roller diameter
Number of teeth
Bore diameter and bore type – finished bore, pilot bore or taper lock bush
Hub type and dimensions (A, B or C hub, or to your drawing)
Material – carbon steel C45, stainless SUS304 or cast iron
Quantity, and any hardening or surface treatment requirement

Materials

C45 carbon steel with induction-hardened teeth, SUS304 stainless steel, cast iron. Other grades on request.

Why order chain and sprockets together

Chain and sprockets wear as a set. Ordering both from one supplier means the tooth profile, transverse pitch and roller seat are matched to the chain you receive, and it reduces the risk of a mismatch between A-series and B-series parts.
